Marine Ply

Fire Retardant Ply

Main specialty of Korra fire Retardant ply is the addition of preservative chemical with using fire Retardant by pressure impregnation process prevents from borer and termites also. Mostly the fire Retardant chemicals decrease the bonding Strength in veneers. Due to pressure impregnation in ply Korra fire Retardant ply conforms to BWR Grade. Film Face Concrete Shuttering Ply

Korra Film Face Densified Shuttering Plywood is a product of high end uses. It is manufactured with high density timber Glued with BWP Grade Phenol formaldehyde resin and pressed in high densified hot press. It has extra strength than ordinary film face ply due to high pressure used for structurally strong and beer bonding. It is treated by ACC through pressure impregnation manufacturing. The film face shuttering plywood has coated glossy surface, which gives the product long life and great value in terms of reuse. This plywood withstands the corrosive action of cement, water & sunlight. Korra film faced densified ply is known for the maximum repetitions. Flush Door

Korra Doors are manufactured from selected hard wood timber with preservative treated and well seasoned. Due to more durable and highly dimensionally stable our products are used for interior and exterior purposes both. Not only our doors are structurally strong but also they act as good insulators against heat and sound.

Moulded Panel Doors

Moulded Panel Doors are manufactured from preservative treated well seasoned wood. Korra door shutters are most durable and highly dimensionally stable. Korra products are suitable for interior purpose but can be used as exterior purpose also by applying water proof paints at face and back of both sides of door shutters.

Laminated Doors

These are manufactured with lamination of high pressure laminate sheet of 1mm and 0.8 m m. The based door is manufactured by seasoned battens and frames with waterproof pf resin. Laminate doors are available in broad range of design options, using high quality laminate sheet for zero maintenance and long life.

Membrane Doors

These doors are made with CNC machine routed on flush to give a design. Over the design, a thin PVC membrane foil which is imported is pasted with the help of special water proof adhesive by using vacuum membrane press to give a natural look. When compared to other flush doors, these membrane doors are much stronger aesthetically beautiful and more durable. It requi red no polish and has very less maintenance which saves the additional cost.
